@Alexandf- The customer did not ask about changing the email. What are you reading into these posts that you reply with something that seems irrelevant?

you cannot change your Account email address yourself. You have to open ticket with PM support and ask them to change it for you

@jeremyklassen best is to try using the Forgot Password Link on the login page. You can try with all email addresses you have and see which one got the reset password email
If that doesn't help, then open ticket with PM Support and they can sort it out for you:
