@txn41655 , it takes time for an agent to get around to responding to a ticket depending on the workload at the time.  1 to 2 hour turnaround time is typical.

When I use the "forgot email"  it said "We've sent an email to the address linked to your account. Check your inbox and click the link." ....But I forgot the address linked to my account.

use the Forgot email on the login page, just right above Login button

if you still cannot login, then ask support agent to help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
