@eduardotrono, be advised, am not a Moderator nor is @popping. You need to read the constructive feedback and follow the directions as the moderator team needs to go into your account, which we don't have access nor the privilege to do so.

@eduardotrono, at the button of your page, you should see a question mark icon. Click on that to start a ticket.

Or if you want you could also send a private message to a moderator. In this case, make sure you pay attention to the envelope email icon at the top of the page.

Please do not divulge any private information such as PIN number, phone number or account number on the forum. This may be asked by the moderator though.

Please edit your post to remove your phone to avoid spam calls.

Only moderator can access your account.  You need to create a moderator support ticket.  Wait time is up to 2 days.  

You can buy a PM topup voucher to add fund to your account by calling 611 from your phone.

When is your renewal date?

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.
