It may not have been, if you activated in-store. You can try and register for one here: 

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If it will not allow you to, then it must be already created. Then wait for CSA response.

 

 

edit, whoops, that was the wrong link, updated.

@manojgargeya03   PM usually reply within 2 hours or so but it could be longer due to volume.  I suggest you to message them again now and hope they will help

I raised a ticket about this issue, But I still didn't get any response.

I need to upgrade my plan as soon as possible!

Search through all your email accounts for any emails from Public that aren't community related and that would be the email address for logging in.

@manojgargeya03   if you have only selected number of email, use the Forgot Password link(https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/) , try all yours and see which one get you to the next Step.  If you finally got one, then you can test your password by logging in.

 

In case you got the email right but  don't remember the password, you can continue with the password reset, but  you will still need to able to answer the security question to get the Password reset going.

 

If you cannot find your email address used or forgot the password and unable to rest , then PM Support is your friend, open a ticket with them and they will reset the credentials for you:
