Created an account, got new SIM card. But now can’t log in. Verification is sent but upon ending the code it defaults to Forbidden AI. Tried multiple devices and clearing browser cache. When trying to contact customer support it says I need to log in, but that just send me back to the Forbidden AI page.

Yep. Did all that. But I assume there was a hiccup somewhere. Never seemed to complete the activation and can’t access my account.

You will need to activate your SIM and create an account on the PM app and not online. You can also access your account through the app.

@Justice21 Please submit ticket with support using this direct link . sounds like account set up issue . Easy fix for them
