Forbidden A1 error

I have been with public for a few years now. Recently in getting this error and haven't been able to log in to my account at all. Different devices and different browsers, Android app... All same results. Please fix this!

You need to ask PM to check

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
