Ever since the Eversafe verification, my account has been given the forbidden A1 blank page. I can't access my account, can anyone advise on how to resolve this?

TBF a good portion of the time PM app (if that’s where you’re getting the error) just fails to load. what step of the process fails is a bit of a dice roll, but 99% of the time you can just close and reopen it again and it works… mostly.
not totally sure about about android, but for ios you do have to sign in using eversafe id almost every time, a good portion of it failing to load however is not on eversafe’s end, just the PM app being buggy for no good reason

When accessing self service clear your browser cache and then open a new browser window in incognito. As well self service is usually down for maintenance in the evenings so best to try during the day.
