For those of you that are coming from Koodo and have created a new PM number and are waiting for a mod so you can port your number over because you got a message that said that is what to do with the steps listed below there have been at least 3 people today that had a very smooth and successful porting experience.
Log into your Public Mobile account while in the overview tab on the right hand side under profile the last option is Change Number
Use a different email then what you have for Koodo, If you have already created your account with the same email people have had success by changing their koodo email (Some say it doesn't matter)
Check the box that says you are authorised to transfer number first
Use your account number to identify your Koodo account
Make sure the authorization name is the same as what Koodo would have on file.

I have used different email address but still doesnt work..
Im getting tired waiting..
