the only way to get a better deal is by you making the change. You must opt in to whatever deal is offered and you think is better. Any change won't just happen without your acceptance.

try lopgging in to your account to see what plans are available to you. This recent 50% Promo deal is for new activations.

PM won't give you a better deal just because you ask.  

you can only change to plan available on your My Account.  You won't be able to get plans not available there.

sorry, it is not a matter of fairness, it is just how the system works here
