I CAN CONFIRM THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH iOS 15.4 (19E5225g)
if you've recently updated to iOS 15.4 (19E5209h) or (19E5219e) your data may have stopped working, seems to be that the update changes PM APN settings to Telus. After some discussion with a PM rep this was the solution that worked
1. go to https://bit.ly/3a8TtLp
2. Choose create APN at the bottom
3 on the next screen choose Country: Canada and Carrier: Public Mobile
Once you choose Create APN it will download a profile to your phone that changes APNs back to PM, just install the profile and restart !
** UPDATE ** this fix also works on 15.4 (19E5219e)
this worked for me as well as my partner !

@iba2016 which 15.4 beta you got? the latest 15.4 Beta 3 has the issue resolved now.

Thanks!! I followed these instructions and got 3G to work! Any one have any luck with getting LTE going?
