How to fix an email that was put wrong on a account?

Update the correct email address by clicking here

 

For verification purposes, provide them with the incorrect email address, the phone number, and the account number on the message to the moderators.

 

The account number can be found in the upper right of your self-serve landing page after signing in.

 

It's also a good idea to make sure your community email address matches the one you will be supplying for your self serve account.  This is to ensure any Community rewards get credited to your account.

Hello @Queen 

 

To fix/change an email connected to your Self Serve Public Mobile account the only way to do that is with Moderator assistance.

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

1 -  Faster Method - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen, or use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot

2 – Slower Method - Use this link to:

Private Message to Public Mobile Moderators (PM Customer Service Representatives)

 

 

 

If you are trying to change the email connected to your Community Account, you can change that yourself under My Profile of your Avatar on the top right of the Community page.
