Hi, this is the first time i tried activating my sim for my sister. After upon entering all the info (name, address, referall of the person, and secruity question i got an error and the webpage timed out.) I tried again but it is currently reserved, and when putting on a new sim card it says that my SIM has no service.
Problem: Error processing activating sim card for the first time. (Did not choose a plan or processed a payment yet

Going into incognito mode worked

I would try again with a different browser, and also using incognito mode.
If these do not work, you should contact the Moderator Team and include the SIM number so that they can look into it.
