I accidentally sent a wrong feedback, instead of choosing very satisfied I chose very unsatisfied. Is it possible to change it.

Do you mean the pop up survey that interrupts your community experience or the review link the CSA may send at the end of a customer support interaction?

i suggest you Logout from your account and
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open new Browser incognito mode, and log in will be coming new one automatically pop up, in Browser.

I suggest you reply the message and let the PM agent knows (I assume you opened a ticket and they helped you via messaging with you
You can also private message the CS Agent team directly and provide them the details (like which ticket it is about ) and see if they can send you another feedback link

I don’t think you can but you will have another chance next time you log into your Self Serve account.
You can log out then log back in. The survey will pop up.
