What's the best (and quickest) way to give feedback?
Specifically, feedback such as:
- Issues encountered with the BETA website;
- Reporting dead internal links and/or redirections;
- Site functionality problems
E.g. the 'upload an image' to your community profile [Currently the process does not complete; perhaps due to misconfigured 'album' options??]. - Mislabelling issues
E.g. When logged in and viewing your "About {profile name}" page, in addition to "Total Messages Posted", "Date Registered" and "Date Last Visited", your real "Name" and "Email" are also listed as ~ Public Statistics ~ viewable by anybody (see image below)! [In fact, once logged out, all the items listed EXCEPT "Name" and "Email" are publically shown].
I added my email to your 'BETA group' invitation list; and received the following message via email:
Thank you! We have received your request for an invitation to be a BETA customer. Space is extremely limited but we will be opening up a few spots so be sure to watch your inbox for an exclusive invitation. They will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
Thanks again for your interest and we hope to see you soon in BETA.
Regardless of whether or not I receive an invite, what is the easiest & quickest way to leave immediate feedback?
