Featured plan 4.5gb vs 4gb

hello,

I am looking to join public mobile as a customer.  I got my sim card yesterday but wanted to activate with last months promo.  $40 for 4 gb data with unlimited nationwide talk and text.  Any way I can still activate on that plan?  If not i'd like some more info on the new featured plan.  The data portion is great but it seems like unlimited nationwide text is not part of the plan.  I can't find any info on the specifics regarding how texts would be billed or included.  Please clarify for me.

You are mistaken! New Featured plan has UNLIMITED Talk Canada-Wide and Unlimited International Text.  

OR it is just my English, the way I understand your response.

@LEGO, I was just refering to the text, because the OP was asking specifically about texting.  All is good

The international text is better than just Canada text. That is if you text people outside of Canada. If you just text within Canada then it would be the same (but it doesn't hurt to have the option to text internationally for free). And just to clarify international text includes canada:) as others have said if you would like to get $10 back from public mobile you can refer a friend. If you don't have a friend on public you could send me or one of the others a message and we could send you our #. Fyi this saves us $1 a month and gets you $10 towards your next month's bill.
