Failed esim transfer?

I'm switching from Rogers.

 

Texted yes to the confirmation from them.

Few minutes later I got a message on my iPhone that the esim transfer/activation failed. Now all I have is SOS. I can't call out at all now.

Help!

You seem to have followed all the necessary steps. It should be something that the customer support can fix. I would recommend sending a ticket request to them using the link below:
