I PURCHASED ADD-ON US ROAMING FAILED TO WORK COULD NOT VOICE CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL .NO WAY OF CONTACT FOR HELP. WHEN I RETURNED TO CANADA I COULD CALL,TEXT and use data."I WANT REFUND"

Did you check if Roaming is enabled, enable VoLTE (voice over LTE) and manual connect to AT&T or T-Mobile so you can use the US bundle Add-on while in the US?
If it didn’t use the US bundle Add-on just contact a CS_Agent for a refund.
