Failed Port from Bell, pm'ed mod Nov.19, with no response.

Unfortunately, it looks like the only way to get support is by posting here. 

I can make calls but cannot receive calls. Also I cannot access my account, when i try to reset password the system can't verify my email address. 

Due to the zero support from the mod i pm'ed November 19, I have been charged another month with bell on November 28. 

 

So to summarize, I was charged 3 months of service, have not received the service I paid for 11 days ago, as a result I am still using my bell sim, and now I have been charged $57 for another month with bell.

My recommendation for potential customers, next time there is a promo by Public Mobile, see if another provider will match it, and go with them. It will save you the headache if you need any support.
