Yesterday I signed up for PM. I received texts welcoming me and I received email saying activation was successful and welcome and my credit card billed. I tried to open my account but login failed. I cannot access my account. I ported over from Koodoo following all the steps as indicated during the sign up. Last night my Koodoo acct sent a message saying it had been successfully closed. Now I sit with no phone and no help. I have read a lot of info and realize I am not alone. I am trying to be patient. I sent two messages to mods one yesterday and one a couple of hours ago and no response. It is frustrating. Is it typical to be waiting so long to hear from mods? I sent in all info both times to help the process but no avail. I have two other sims and was going to do my kids phones but now I am uncertain. Any thougths are appreciated.

Make sure in settings network mode is LTE.
You might need to wait for mods assistant. It could take long for a reply since they are really busy atm.

What happens when you put Public Mobile sim in your phone? Is it working?
