I'm not sure if this is common or not, but I have finally got the confirmation that payment has went through to public mobile for the promotion via my credit card statement. Essentially on the last page, it noted my activation has failed despite being charged, receiving an e-mail that everything is set-up without being able to access self-service. My phone does detect the SIM card but is unable to make calls/receive etc. I've messaged the Mods 4 days ago, but have yet to even have an acknowledgement my concern were seen. I understand that they are very busy right now, but the fact that I'm losing paid service time with no response that anything is occuring is very concerning to me.
