newly registered, guided by the public mobile app to register a new eSim, however it end up with error. It has something in my eSim but without mobile no. Therefore I removed the eSim and tried to scan the QR code in my welcoming email, but it said "fail to register, contact your provider". How can I register the eSim now?

@Gioiaho you shouldn't delete the eSIM. The eSIM is a one time installation and hence you can't reinstall with the QR code after. Now you need PM CS agent to sort it out. Please private message CS Agent at:
