PM not blocked FB texts and can't do that the device is with you not with PM.
what device you brand and model you have?

When I get a FB verification text, mine come from phone number 99399. Not sure if that's true for everyone receiving such texts or not. Same number is used for Instagram.
Make sure you haven't blocked that number. Do a search in your messages for the text "Facebook" or "99399".

Disable any extended features in iMessage or RCS. Go into the settings and use standard SMS/MMS protocol.
You can enable them again afterwards, if you like. Though it's probably better to keep them disabled and use standard SMS/MMS if you don't want messages to eat your data.

Do you have the code set to send to your email @ryan8292 ? Remember to check your spam/junk folder.

None of the solutions I found before coming here worked

@ryan8292 if it has been a month, check wirh PM support
But as far as I know PM does not block text from FB. Try to out your sim card in another phone. Those can help to comfirm if you have blocked FB text on your device by accident

thanks but followed instruction exactly - still no luck

@ryan8292 has the facebook verification code ever worked with public mobile?
08-06-2022 03:12 PM
I have been on PM for months, so not an issue with being a new customer. I routinely receive verification texts from every other source without fail. The phone number is not new. This not a device issue, or timing issue. It is an issue with Facebook verification texts not working with my number on PM.

@ryan8292 Try,
"Resolving the Facebook code generator not sending SMS is quite an easy process. All you have to do is to turn on Facebook text in your Facebook settings. When that is done, the Facebook code generator not sending SMS will be resolved. "

@ryan8292 did you just joined PM and ported in your number? if so, systme generated text will start working later, as long as 1 week due to some routing issue, but this is normal. All system text should work without problem no later than 7 days
