Hi,

On August 30, I joined Public Mobile and the Flash Sale was get 1 month free.  I have not yet received the "free month" and have already paid for my second month.  What is the best way to go about receiving this credit?

I would make sure you followed the instructions listed in the promotion. PM isn’t in the business of cheating you out of these discounts so if you really think it’s an error after waiting 30 days then you can contact a mod.

  1. Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.

@nixontwist No need to contact moderator's as @JoyLuck mentioned.

 

The last flash sale (if that is the one you signed up to and you put your email in the proper link)

 

People have till October 2nd to activate a sim card.

 

Credits will only start to be applied after that day. As per the terms and conditions it says "within 30 business days but before your next renewal"

 

I'd say look at your account for the credit the 10th or after.
