F1 login error and data plan not working

I just installed my Sim yesterday and my data is still not working. I'm not receiving all my calls and texts. every time I try logging in it gives me a Forbidden F1 message. I can't find how to send a ticket.

can you make outbound calls? is the sim showing connected to the network? physical sim or esim?
since you cannot login as well, best to check with CS agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
