Is anyone facing extreme lag time in loading of the website and typing?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

I had order a sim card on May 21, but have not received it yet. Unable to track it either. Order number - 344852.

I am using Chrome. I tried filling in a new ticket, and it took a couple of trials to load the page and type in my request.
