Where are you seeing the charges? is this on your public account or on your credit card? sometimes the credit card has double charges and also pending. would it be possible to clarify where it is that you see these charges.

First of all, how do you have 3 phone numbers on your account?
I wonder if you did a double click somewhere. Click on the little spinner refresh icon near the shop add-ons button to update your list of add-ons. In one account that you think might be a problem
1. Do you see the total data in the bucket being 2gb?
2. Do you see the number of days as 30 days or 60 days?

where you see the duplicated charges?
on My Account's Payment history or credit card?
If it is on My Account, there could be two lines for one transaction, one is for the credit card charge and it will show you the money then moved to Available Fund. Then the other line is how PM uses the money from Available Fund
If it is from credit card, you can confirm if that extra one is only a pending charge and not posted charge
If you are certain there are more than one posted charges (and not pending) on your credit card and you cannot find where the extra money went, engage support for further investigation by mesasging them here:

Please check if two of these charges are listed as posted and if the other two are listed as pending. In online banking accounts, both a posted an pending charge sometimes show at the same time but refer to the same transaction and the duplication doesn't affect the amount owing to the credit card issuer.
