I was charged the same amount twice on the same day through autopay on Nov. 21, 2022 of $44.80.
Need to get reimbursed $44.80 + $40 that is showing as available to the autopay credit card. Suppose to be $35/mth on this plan and still paying $40/mth.
Sent in ticket previously...

If you're showing the amount in your balance then you could just leave it there for your next renewal.
As for paying $40, did you request a plan change from $40 to $35?
