Can someone tell me what my overview means.
Available funds: $14
Payment for next cycle: $15
Amount owing: $1
Does that mean they'll charge me a dollar next month? Last month my balance owing said $3 and everything else was exactly the same and yet they tried to take out the full amount of a $15 monthly plan, which I hadn't left in the bank and my phone got disconnected. What number is the real amount they'll take out?

Actually it doesn't account for any rewards
If you have any you should deduct them from that owing number
What happens is that couple if hours before your card is charged those rewards will be deposited in your account so the due amount will be 0 (assuming you have autopay) and you will end up with balance of $1 (or more if you have referrals)
Sometimes system does make mistake and charges the card though there is enough balance, you should contact moderators and alert them so they can fix it, it may happen again

@Thinlaneyou should be charged $1 + taxes on your bankcard.

Yes, you have a balance of $14 dollars and $15 dollars due next payment so you owe $1 + tax.
