My plan is expired - when I try to login, my password is rejected.
When I click to reset the password, no password reset email ever arrives.
Support (new sales) said that my SIM cannot be used to set up a new account, and that I need to contact Existing Customer Support.
How do I contact Support (Existing Customers) to check my password reset / login problem?

@rrrr when did you last use PM service?
From a landline Call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter your phone number and see what it says
if it says your account is suspended, good, you can open ticket with PM support to help to get back to MY Account and resume service with a payment
If it says cannot find your number , then you have not paid to renew for over 90 days and your account is permanently closed. You need a new SIM card to activate a new number and new account

When did you last pay? If more than 120 days ago (4 months) then the account is gone. What recording do you get when you dial 611?
