I tried to pay my bill but my card was decline eventhough i have enough funds in my account.

Which plan do you have?
What is the amount of available fund in your account?
If you have enough fund in your PM account to cover the renewal, PM will take the available fund from your account without touching your credit card.
Which account have enough fund? (Your credit card account OR PM account)?

You can try again with a different browser or on incognito mode. It can help.

Sorry to here your situation. My recommendation is to send a quick email to moderator team and they are generally very quick in responding. Good luck!

@JD3It happens.. one of the quirks of PM.. try with another credit card or Visa debit.. or get a voucher from a retailers.. you can try to get the moderators to manually add the card for you but that might take ages.
