@KaleemAhmed Are you not able to get code sent ? Did you ever set up the new ever safe ID yet?

@KaleemAhmed - try uninstalling the app. Power your phone off, then turn it back on. Reinstall the App.
Just to make sure there is no account issue, log into My Account through desktop or computer to confirm you can do it this way.
