I lost my phone recently and I bought a new one with a new Sim card, but cannot access my account without having the phone code through eversafe, I'm unable to get code due to not having my old phone anymore and would like to be able to access my account to switch to my new Sim. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

@Brian92 yes, if you can access My Account, you can update the sim card number yourself from Profile age
For the security code problem , you should be able to receive via email instead. On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
