Hi @Alaa2 

reboot the phone once.  A reboot is usually needed after the old carrier release the line

if it still does not work, then call the porting team number I sent you, they will confirm

and you are able to make outbound calls with your PM sim card?

if I am correct, you requested porting.  If you did request porting,your number has not been ported yet.  You receive a text from your old carrier yet?

I will send you a number to call to porting support team, they will check and advise.  Check your Community inbox for the phone number

@Alaa2 , did you perform a number transfer as part of the activation?  If you did, make sure to acknowledge the number transfers from the old service.
