Hello,

Everytime that I tried to make a call, it drops. I had a hard time looking for solutions. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply everyone. I think I have solved my own problem. I have lower my phone into 4G.

PM and Bell in fact are using the same network infrastructure. The only possible difference is you might have VoLTE with Bell but A13 is not on the VoLTE compatible list with PM.  

So, please try what suggested above and let is know the results

 Samsung Galaxy A13. Recently my number got ported from Bell.

@Xm1982 try what suggested above (Reset All Networks and change to 3G mode)

And what exact Samsung model?

what brand and model of phone you got? does it happen everywhere or just one particular location?

Try Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings first

8f issue persists, try changing your network mode to 3G only
