My older phone Samsung Galaxy A13 is working fine but it can't make calls or receive messages. I have been a Public customer for 5 years. I have tried to reset, restart, and reinsert my sim card and clean it but nothing works. What can be the issue?

My phone is not fully ported. How can I make phone calls to numbers such as 1-800 or 1-866 if their numbers are not valid?

Thanks for the reply everyone. I think I have solved my own problem. I have lower my phone into 4G.

I just called Telus just now. Maybe it is just my phone. I cannot make or get toll free calls right now.
