Hey all,
I’ve been trying to set up my phone but am blocked at confirmation stage since eversafe auto-saved the phone number Public a mobile gave me. It’s trying to text the number I am trying to set up, for confirmation to set up the number. I’ve tried the bypass of hitting resend code right away. All that comes up is the option to text or voice call, no email. If I try to log in to manage it the same confirmation pops up. Any ideas?

@DemmyMercury You should get a reply with in 20 mins to 2 hours and be asked some verification questions before they help you . Hopefully you get quick response .

Thanks. It only shows text and voice mail as options. I did submit a ticket but thought this might be faster.

It only gives text and voice call options.

Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.

@DemmyMercury Tap the option that said didn’t get code or hit resend code a few times . This should then give you option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help
