I’m trying to transfer my E sim to my new phone and it says i need permission from Publicc mobile directly. Can someone pls give me the permission asap so I can have service by tomorrow.

Just adding something nobody said here. When you go to the app, then the account tab at the bottom, scroll down a bit to where it says purchase SIM card. Then you can "purchase" one from there. It does say $5 but once you get to the check out, it should be free of charge if you've purchased one before. That part nobody said yet which I think is important to share. 🙂

There is no permission to give.

You just need to download the Public Mobile app to your new phone and purchase the eSIM. 

From the Account section,  purchase SIM card,  purchase eSIM.

An eSIM isn't reusable. You'll need a new eSIM.  This can be arranged by logging into your Public Mobile account using the Public Mobile app.
