I have 2 public mobile accounts, I had one for each of my kids. One kid broke her phone and now has her own phone account but for the life of me I can’t log into that account to cancel. Says her phone number isn’t a valid number. I am still being charged and can’t cancel because I can’t log into that account .. or speak to anyone to rectify! This is the most frustrating company to deal with!
