@Chantalbb23 for the varification code you should see I link that says "Didn't get the code". If you click on that you should be given the option to resend the code in other ways, one of them should be "by email"

click "Didn't receive code" and then "Send email" to have the code send to your via email instead

I can't get on my act fully because I can't get a code sent to my number eversafe is attached to because I lost my phone and I need a new esim

@Chantalbb23 just make sure you have the public mobile app installed on your phone and order a new eSIM through the app

@Chantalbb23 Download the Public Mobile app on the device and go to purchase an esim. If you had one before you will not be charged even when you select pay.
