Hi everyone,
i want to transfer my e-sim from one device to another. Can I do that, if so how?
I can’t even submit a ticket, it says error

You need only to use 1 sim card.... then move between devices.... the esims are hard fixed to 1 and only 1 account and 1 device.... I found out the hard way

To transfer an eSIM from one device to another:

You'll have to sign into your Public Mobile Account on the device you'd like to switch the e-SIM to using the Public Mobile App, and than buy a new e-SIM so it installs on the new phone and deactivates the old one.

As of right now you are not able to transfer e-sims between devices. It is on PM's radar so hopefully a feature for the future.

@Ritika123 You can’t transfer eSIM from one device to another . But you can request a new eSIM for $5 from in your my account or with help of support

@Ritika123 , unfortunately not 😔. You would need to purchase a new eSIM!
