Did you purchase a eSIM and found out your phone is not compatible?🤦♂️
You need to purchase a SIM and login to your account and go to the Profile section and Change SIM Card Number.

Are you a new or existing customer? If you are a new customer eSIM’s are free of charge. If your device isn’t compatible pick up a physical SIM from a telus corporate store or from Amazon and then have customer service put it on your account.

But if you’re an existing customer and have discovered your device is not compatible with eSIM you can contact customer service to see if they would be willing to refund you.
