Esim to sim card

I tried several times to switch from esim to sim card and I get stuck on the last step #6. Also I can't cancel the subscription. This app is a disaster. Can someone help on this?

@Richie3 Is this during the activation process?  If so I believe you need customer support as already suggested.  If not a new activation see this thread

For cancelling the subscription again it depends if you are activating or an existing customet. If the latter you log in and toggle "subscribed" to "unsubscribed" and the account will close 90 days after next renewal, or alternatively port your number out to another provider which closes the PM account.

I'm not sure what step 6 is specifically, but you can try submitting a ticket to customer support for assistance. You can do this by pressing the chat bubble in the corner of the screen and speaking to the chatbot.
