Hi, i just switched my koodo phone number to public, everything was going great until i get failed to install esim message on my phone, though when I look I see the Esim installed with 'public mobile' on my phone, but I am receiving no signal, I know it can take sometime, but they said I would be able to use the phone when i transfer but i cant its just searching.

I did respond to koodo's text thats when i was instantly disconnected from getting service bars, will try solutions though.

Did you respond to Koodo port request text?
Maybe try rebooting your phone.
Network reset of phone (this will erase saved wifi passwords)

@Marieblue Are you trying to complete the activation on the new PM app . Can you check your welcome email for the QR code and instal it from there . Maybe try resetting network settings see if that helps also . If issues continue please submit ticket with support to help
