My family is setting up a new esim for their phone but they got a notice when setting up that Esim was unsuccessful and need to contact public mobile. They cannot log into their account as it is sending 2 factor verification to the phone number that is not set up.

check your phone sim manager screen and see if the PM eSIM already installed
if not there, then submit ticket by direct message, no need to further login, just click this link

@jmwang Try tapping on didn't get the code and it may send it by email. If that doesn't work you can open a ticket with support from the chat/message icon bottom right of this page.
