I'm new to public mobile and i was subcribing and esim failed, and no agent are available, things are starting good with public mobile

I have a samsung s20 and when i go to *#06# there is an EID number so i think i'm ok for that

First, make sure your old sim is removed or disable the old esim
Check if the PM esim is installed in the phone already. Check the Sim Manager screen, or Settings -> Cellular. Make sure it is enabled and set as Primary. And Reset Network Settings
