Esim and points.

How can I use my points to buy an esim. My Sim card was stolen out of my phone.

No points cannot be used to purchase sim cards.

If you had a physical card before and want eSIM, it's $5.00+ tax.

You would download the Public Mobile app to your phone, Purchase SIM card , Purchase eSIM.  The system will scan to see if your phone is eSIM compatible and download to phone.

But, if you want to see what you can use your points for; go to My Rewards , visit my Rewards and view the catalog.

there is no catalogue item for redeeming esim

However, if you already have 15 points, you can redeem for $15 bill credit.  PM will add $15 to your Available funds within 48 hours

After you confirm the funds, you can then buy esim from the app (Account > Pucrchase sim card > esim).  PM will then take the $5 esim cost from your Available Funds, which you will have $15 from the point redemption)
