Esim activation failed

I subscribed to Public Mobile yesterday and followed the instructions to transfer my number, but then received an error message that the esim activation failed. My phone is in SOS mode now and I can’t get a hold of a @CS_Agent. What can I do?

It could take a coupla hours for their response to your question. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they do respond.

Did you go to your email from PM? There is a QR code you can scan and see if the eSIM will connect.

If not, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging at:

check the Welcome email from PM and scan the QR code there to install eSIM

if you don't see the email nor QR cord, you will need to actually submit ticket with support instead of just tagging them.  Please submit ticket here:
