Esim QR code - can't find it on the website

Hi - I purschased a new esim in order to transfer my account to a new iphone pro 15 max from my iphone pro 12. I cannot figure it out online - I guess I'm not a digital native, but I've been trying on and off to solve this for weeks - really busy time and I just can't do it, and I want to use my new phone. Please help me - snapshots/screenshots of WHERE to click on my account page, I just can't find it! thanks

you must download the Public Mobile app to your new cell; log in to your account using the app...there you can buy a new esim, but it should be free as it's a replacement esim.

eSIM cannot be moved.  BUT Luckily, you can get a replacement for FREE

To rebuy new eSIM for FREE, first, download the app on your new iPhone.  Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. 

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device
(in rare case that PM charges you for the replacement esim, you can submit a ticket with PM support and ask them for reimbursement)
