I just signed up for Public Mobile today. The esim ended up not working. I went back to my email and scanned the QR code but it just kept telling me to contact the carrier. I tried numerous times to submit a ticket but I was unsuccessful. I just want to figure out if there is a way to determine if the esim will work at all or how do I order a physical sim. My number have been transferred from my old provider so now I just have no cell service currently which is a huge inconvenience.

Check again to see if a PM eSIM already installed.
Check the SiM manager or Setting > Cellular screen. if a Public Mobile eSIM is there, make sure it is enabled (or on iPhone, make sure "Turn on this line" is enabled and set as Primary"
if you really don't see PM esim there, please open ticket with PM support:

With regards to a physical SIM card, they can be bought easily on Amazon for $10, or you can buy one in person at a Telus store (I got it for $5 the other day). You can find a store at the following link:
