Esim Activation + Bell Port

Esim Activation failed while trying to port my Bell number.

I PM'd cs_agent as I could not open a support ticket.

My bell service is deactivated but my public mobile is not.

I saw posts regarding a support number for porting number help.

Anything else I can do other than wait?

@HellCat604  typically with in the hour , but with black Friday promos it’s been slow worst case can be up to two days

Thanks for the reply. I PM'd an update to cs_agent asking if they can do that.

Do you have an idea of the average turn around time for cs_agent to respond?

I am not sure. Ask them to provide you with a new qr code due to yours didn’t work. Some will & some will tell you to purchase an eSIM or a SIM Card. Please let us know either way.

All good. I ended up calling the port team, and they say my phone number has been ported over. I just need an e-sim now!

I tried using the e-sim QR code from the onboarding email but it won't work. Will customer service give us a credit for an esim?

Thank you for letting me know! Sorry 😔 Mines an iPhone 14 Pro & it went smoothly but I wasn’t porting in a phone number. Sometimes things go smoothly & other times horrible!

Please use the link @Handy1 provided to ask CS_Agent for help to ask for a new qr code due to yours didn’t work. I forgot to include it. Sorry.

Before scan, have you ever login app, perhaps, it already guide you to setup eSIM. Also, double check with you cellar information of your setting, whether there is any new eSIM card installed

Already rebooted.

I'm on iphone 13 pro max on ios 17. PM esim doesn't show up under cellular.

I tried using the QR code (for esim) via the sign up email and it says it can not be activated.

@HellCat604 , this may be a silly question & if so I apologize but have you tried the steps below to activate your eSIM?

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)
